Maddalena has developed expertise in international legal matters, with a particular focus on corporate and commercial law, as well as advising Italian and foreign clients in cross-border transactions.
After an initial experience in HR at Deloitte Italy and Esselunga S.p.A., she pursued an international career in Australia at SLF Lawyers, where she worked as an Italian Law Paralegal. In this role, she assisted Australian clients with Italian legal matters, primarily in Real Estate, Family Law, Immigration, and contract drafting.
Upon returning to Italy to begin her qualification process as a lawyer, she started her legal traineeship at Grimaldi Alliance alongside Lawyer Stefano Bianchi. Since September 2025, she has joined LCA Law Firm with Lawyer Bianchi’s team, contributing to the development of the Latin America Desk, with a particular focus on corporate law, legal advisory, and commercial litigation.
Currently, together with Lawyer Bianchi, she assists Italian and international clients in cross-border and domestic transactions across various sectors, including financial services, fashion, retail and consumer goods, technology, and media, with a specific focus on the LATAM region.
Maddalena joined LCA in 2025.
