Luca works in the Banking & Finance practice, assisting banks, investment funds, industrial and commercial companies, both national and international, in the structuring, negotiation and executing of financing transactions. In this context, Luca deals in particular with corporate financing, acquisition financing, real estate financing in favor of funds and asset management companies.
Luca’s activity includes assistance in special situations and investments in distressed credits (NPLs and UTPs), where he assists assigning banks and investors, including international investors, in transactions involving the sale and purchase of portfolios or single name receivables.
He also deals with debt renegotiation and restructuring transactions.
Luca has been member of the Law Firm since March, 2019.
Before joining the LCA Law Firm, he had worked at Giliberti Triscornia e Associati in the Banking & Finance Department and completed an internship at a law firm in Dublin.
