Lorenza assists Clients in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preventing litigation proceedings and handling dispute resolution activities.
She enjoys a comprehensive understanding of civil and commercial mediation and advises clients in the preparation of mediation sessions and during them.
Previously, Lorenza gained considerable experience in assisting and representing companies operating in various industries in litigation regarding civil, commercial and corporate law. She mainly assisted clients in contentious matters relating to agency, supply, distribution, international sale and commercial lease contracts.
Lorenza joined LCA in March 2021.
Before joining LCA, she worked at the Milan office of a primary international law firm and for two Italian law firms.
