Laura concentrates her practice on real estate and corporate law, and has developed significant experience in assisting clients in Real Estate transactions (acquisition and divestment of real estate portfolios with related financial transactions, real estate contracts and advisory services related to all legal aspects associated with the management of real estate assets) and in the Corporate and M&A areas (mergers, demergers and transformations, sale of companies, disposal of significant shareholdings, contributions, approval of financial statements, appointments of corporate governance bodies and incorporation of companies).
Laura joined the firm in July 2023. Previously, she gained her experience in a Notary’s firm in Rome, specializing in real estate and corporate matters.
Laura also worked for a multinational company operating in the oil & gas sector within the corporate affairs department dealing with issues of corporate law, corporate governance, and extraordinary transactions.
Laura collaborates with the department of Private law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tor Vergata and has collaborated, also as a tutor and cultrice della materia, with the department of Civil law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Roma Tre.
Laura is author of publications in civil law, with specific focus on real estate, corporate, and notary law.
