Giuseppe specializes in tax law and in particular in tax litigation. He assists companies and individuals with inspections and audits by the tax authorities, with pre-litigation and litigation settlements, with the analysis and quantification of tax risks, and with the drafting of appeals before the tax courts and the Supreme Court.
Giuseppe has significant experience in the planning, management, and transmission of family wealth, the management of private art assets, the generational transfer of business, as well as the international mobility of high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI). He also deals with the so called third sector, taxation of works of art, and taxation of athletes.
Giuseppe joined the firm in 2025.
Prior to joining LCA, Giuseppe worked at leading law firms, in particular at Studio BonelliErede in Milan since 2015.
