Giacomo advises Italian and foreign companies in the field of commercial and corporate law, both in relation to extraordinary transactions, such as Venture Capital, Private Equity investments or M&A transactions, and in the day-to-day assistance, dealing with the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, as well as with the shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance aspects.
Giacomo joined the Firm in September 2017.
Previously, he collaborated with an Italian law firm specialized in criminal law, where he was involved in the study and drafting of opinions and pleadings, as well as in the legal and jurisprudential research on criminal law matters.
He also collaborated with a law firm dealing with civil law and human rights protection also at international level.
