Fabrizio is developing specific skills in the field of business, commercial and corporate law, mainly performing extrajudicial activities.
He collaborates with the Firm’s professionals dealing with corporate law, M&A, private equity, commercial contracts and general corporate assistance, providing legal assistance to both Italian and foreign companies. He also offers support on issues related to the golden power/FDI regulation and commercial sanctions.
Fabrizio joined the Firm in 2023, initially as an intern while attending university and subsequently as a trainee lawyer.
