Elena is part of the Firm’s Shipping and Transport department. She has gained experience in civil and commercial litigation and consultancy, with a particular focus on maritime and transport law, arbitration and ADR, international law, and ESG.
During her internship at Deloitte Legal, she worked on maritime debt recovery, arbitration, mediation, and drafting of legal documents, while also delving into topics such as multimodal transport contracts, digital evidence and liability in the nautical and port sectors.
She attended the Training Course for Arbitrators and Experts at the Milan International Arbitration Chamber, specializing in maritime disputes and arbitration clauses.
Elena joined the Firm in 2025. Previously, she collaborated with a small law firm in Genoa on banking law, property division, and civil litigation cases. She also served as a Tutor at the University of Genoa, supporting students in moot courts and legal seminars.
