Davide is gaining significant experience in the regulation of banking, financial, insurance and asset management activities.
He also assists intermediaries in litigation related to the provision of banking, financial, investment and insurance services, as well as in sanction proceedings before the Supervisory Authorities and in subsequent court proceedings.
Davide has been working with the Firm since May 2023.
Previously, he worked with a leading national firm specialising in the regulation of banking, finance, investment, insurance and asset management activities.
