Alessio mainly deals with civil law and in particular with credit recovery, in favor of top customers in the reference market, taking care of both the pre-judicial phase and subsequently the judicial one, starting from the injunction decree up to securities and real estate procedures for debt collection, having gained considerable experience in the field.
Alessio has been a member of LCA since 2021.
Previously he collaborated with a leading Genoa-based law firm, dealing with civil law and in particular with debt collection, banking and bankruptcy law.
