LCA in the Italian shopping of Fleetmatics

LCA has represented Fleetmatics Group PLC, a corporation listed on the NYSE and a leading global provider and developer of software solutions for companies, in the acquisition of the entire corporate capital of Visirun S.p.A., a provider of fleet management GPS monitoring solutions with premises in Ferrara.
LCA’s team, coordinated by Andrea Messuti, head of the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital prac-tice of the Law Firm, has taken care of all corporate aspects of the transaction, with Stefano Giannone Codiglione and Carolina Canepari, of all labor issues, with Giuseppe Bologna and Emanuela Ratti, and of all IP matters, with Gianluca De Cristofaro and Federica Furlan.
With this recent transaction in Italy, following the one of 2014, Fleetmatics confirms its international leadership in the world of fleet management SaaS (“software-as-a-service”) solutions and strengthens its expansion in the European markets.
