LCA with Aspria Harbour Club Milano in the financing by KBC Bank

LCA, with a team led by Giovanni Carcaterra and composed by Giulia Cerutti, advised Aspria Harbour Club Milano, a member of Aspria Group (a leading provider of integrated sports, health and lifestyle private members clubs in Europe) on the amendment and extension of the Aspria Group term loan and bank guarantee facilities with KBC Bank, a major Belgian bank.
All the Aspria Group companies are located in continental European jurisdictions (Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Italy), so the amendment involved co-ordination with each jurisdiction and, in some cases, new security given in these jurisdictions.
This matter was important for the Aspria business and its plans for future growth and development.
