LCA Law Firm, with a team composed by Vittorio Turinetti di Priero and Marina Rosito, for corporate matters, and Roberto Pellizzari for tax matters, assisted the Canadian company Greendome Holdings Inc. in the investment in the share capital of Greenswitch S.r.l. with the aim of allowing the company to buy the former Mythen S.p.A. chemical plant, now in bankruptcy, located in Ferrandina (MT).
The transaction will complete an important plan of investments that will allow the plant to be reconverted to the production of chemical products from renewable raw materials, and in particular from oils of vegetal and animal origin, and from the recycling of organic solvents.
Greenswitch S.r.l. has been assisted in the transaction by the Chartered Accountant Michele Chieffi, of the Chieffi-Gemma Tax Firm of Bari.
