LCA Law Firm, with a team coordinated by Edoardo Calcaterra and the support of Giovanni Iannacchino for labor law matters, assisted the Borromeo family in the agreement for the acquisition of the management activity of the Park of Villa Pallavicino in Stresa, one of the main touristic attractions of the area with more than 60 thousands visitors per year.
The agreement, signed with Prince Domenico Pallavicino, whose family has owned the building since 1862, will allow the Borromeo family to insert the Park of Villa Pallavicino in the Borromeo touristic circuit that, on the Maggiore Lake, includes the “Isola Bella”, the “Isola Madre”, the “Rocca di Angera”, the “Castelli di Cannero” and great part of the mount Mottarone, and that, as a whole, represents one of the main touristic and cultural places in Italy.
