LCA Law Firm seals its opening project in Rome – in one of its most famous and beloved locations, the historic Piazza del Popolo – and simultaneously announces the entry of Tomaso Cenci, Andrea Marani, Simona Passarelli and Giancarlo Ranucci as new partners. An addition that reinforces the direct presence in the capital and follows the entries of partners Leah Dunlop, Antonio Di Pasquale and Niccolò Abriani since last September. The office, at no. 18, is inside the Valadier Palace.

Tomaso Cenci focuses his practice on corporate and commercial law; in particular, he assists companies in M&A transactions, the selection and development of corporate governance, the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts and corporate and legal affairs in general. Furthermore, he assists non-profit entities in their internal organization and external activity. He worked with the Law Firm Gianni & Origoni for 25 years, where he also served as the resident partner in New York (for 4 years) and Managing Partner of the Firm (for 7 years).

Andrea Marani specializes in financial markets with particular reference to listed companies and their extraordinary transactions; he also handles the structuring, establishment and placement of alternative investment funds with a focus on real estate funds and their investments, as well as property law. He advises domestic and international companies on IPOs, asset management companies in their activities, and Italian and foreign investors in the acquisition and disposal of any kind of real estate assets. He worked for over 22 years at Gianni & Origoni, where he was the partner in charge of the Financial Markets Department (for 12 years).

Simona Passarelli strengthens the Tax Department, with her now thirty years of experience in ordinary and extraordinary tax consultancy, which she gained almost entirely at KPMG and, most recently, in a boutique firm. She assists national and international industrial and commercial groups, including listed ones, in various business sectors, especially in luxury and fashion.

Giancarlo Ranucci deals with the regulation of banking, financial, investment, insurance and reinsurance activities, as well as asset management activities; he provides advice and assistance in favor of all supervised entities operating in the relevant sector in relation to their ordinary and extraordinary operations. He also gained specific expertise in assisting clients with sanctioning proceedings initiated by the Supervisory Authorities.

«It is a project that thrills and enthuses me. I am confident that together we will seize on many new opportunities» states Cenci.

«I am delighted and honored to enter LCA and be able to contribute to the success of this new initiative by joining a group of professionals with such significant experience and expertise» adds Marani.
