Matteo works within the Corporate Department of the Law Firm and assists both Italian and foreign companies in M&A transactions both in the ordinary management of corporate law matters as well as in drafting business and commercial contracts.
Matteo joined LCA in 2019.
He had previously worked with a Milan boutique law firm specialized in industrial and intellectual property law.
