Luca’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law. He advises domestic and international clients – especially those based in the German speaking countries – in M&A transactions, asset deals and joint ventures.
He has gained a specific expertise in the fields of real estate development (especially in the Hotel/Hospitality sector), renewable energies and environmental law (with specific focus on the management of contamination scenarios).
He is a member of the Sports Team.
Luca joined the Firm in 2021.
He previously practiced for almost 10 years in the German Desk of the law firm Pavia and Ansaldo in Milan before moving to the boutique law firm Alpeggiani which is also based in Milan.
