For over thirty years, Elena has provided legal assistance and advice to Italian and multinational companies in both day-to-day operations and special transactions, handling both out-of-court matters and litigation, with specific expertise in civil, commercial, real estate, and environmental law. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience, particularly in managing the legal issues of multinational companies, both in day-to-day operations and in special transactions, assisting and coordinating teams with diverse expertise and across different jurisdictions.

She primarily focuses on commercial and corporate law in general, and specifically on corporate governance, social responsibility, extraordinary transactions, joint ventures, and commercial and industrial contracts across various sectors. In the field of environmental law, Elena has gained significant experience in M&A and real estate transactions, ranging from due diligence to risk management, as well as in regulatory law matters and civil and administrative litigation related to remediation procedures and the transfer of contaminated sites.

In recent years, her experience in corporate and environmental matters has enabled her to focus her practice on sustainability and ESG compliance, and thus on assisting companies in implementing ESG strategies and integrating environmental, social, and governance factors into organizational models and internal control systems.

In this context, she has developed particular expertise in S-factor issues, specifically regarding gender equality, providing consulting and specialized training to companies. For example: assistance and consulting in the implementation of social responsibility programs and related compliance, assessment and preparation of GEPs, as well as compliance with equal opportunity requirements stipulated in public tenders and for obtaining funds financed through the NRRP, and planning of initiatives related to gender equality.

She participated in the working group established to draft PD 125:2022, serves as an expert for certification bodies, and regularly provides consulting services in the support and training process for gender equality certification pursuant to PD 125:2022.

Elena joined the firm in January 2021.

She gained nearly thirty years of professional experience at the Pavia e Ansaldo law firm in Milan, where she was a Partner from 2003 to May 2019. Subsequently, she practiced as a Partner at the Alpeggiani law firm in Milan.
