Davide conducts its broad-spectrum activities in the banking & finance practice, assisting banks, investment funds, sponsors and industrial and commercial companies, national and international, in the structuring, negotiation and execution of financing transactions. In this context, Davide has consolidated experience in corporate financing transactions, acquisition financing (leveraged buy-out and high-yield financing), real estate financing in favor of funds and asset management companies and project financing in the renewable energy sector. Davide also deals with the issue of bonds and private debt transactions.
In the structured finance sector, Davide provides assistance in the context of factoring and securitization transactions of various asset classes and has gained specific experience in RMBS, CMBS, ABS, healthcare, leasing and VAT receivable securitizations.
Davide’s activity includes assistance in special situations and investments in distressed credits (NPLs and UTPs), where he assists assigning banks and investors, including international investors, in transactions involving the sale and purchase of portfolios or single name receivables.
He also deals with debt renegotiation and restructuring transactions.
Davide joined LCA as a partner in 2019. He gained his professional experience in leading Italian law firms, including Giliberti Triscornia e Associati and NCTM Studio Legale, and in the Finance Department of the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.
During his career, he has spent a period of time as an external consultant at the “Fixed Income & Securitized Products” Department of the investment bank of Lehman Brothers, London office.
