Federica specialises in M&A transactions and advises Italian and international companies, funds and investors on extraordinary corporate transactions, including cross-border deals such as acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
She also assists innovative startups, founders and business angels with fundraising transactions from the early-stage phase and provides ongoing advice on corporate and commercial law matters.
Federica joined LCA in 2018. Previously, she worked with leading Italian and international law firms.
