Sara is a partner of the Corporate & M&A Department, specializing in extraordinary transactions. Sara also regularly advises national and international clients in commercial contract law and corporate aspects.
Sara has broad experience in extraordinary transactions, such as mergers and de-mergers, setting up of joint ventures, sale and purchase of company’s equity or business, representing both industrial groups and private equity funds. She also advises Italian and international clients on a day-to-day basis in all aspects of business contracts, company and commercial law, also supporting them in their expansion strategies abroad.
Sara is a partner in the Corporate & M&A Department, where she advises Italian and international clients on M&A and other extraordinary corporate transactions, including cross-border work and projects. She assists Italian and foreign industrial groups and multinational companies in acquisitions and divestitures of companies, both as stand-alone transactions and as part of broader European and international deals, including add-on acquisitions of portfolio companies. Her practice covers mergers and de-mergers, the establishment of joint ventures, the acquisition and disposal of equity interests, businesses and assets, corporate reorganizations, transfers of businesses and business branches, and equity investments and divestments involving medium-sized and large companies. She structures, drafts and negotiates shareholders’ agreements, corporate governance agreements, investment and divestment agreements and joint venture agreements. Alongside her transactional work, since 2022 Sara is part of the Firm’s “Your Legal Counsel” team, which provides day-to-day legal assistance on commercial contracts, corporate and commercial law and corporate governance, supporting clients’ international expansion strategies.
As coordinator of the Firm’s China Desk, she also has experience in advising Chinese clients in assessing and implementing investments projects in Italy or Europe, as well as in assisting the Italian branches for commercial and corporate matters.
