Artificial Intelligence PE Fund has signed an agreement to acquire Dev4Side Group, a technology company specialising in the development of proprietary artificial intelligence solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The transaction was carried out through Lucient Group, a technology platform established by Artificial Intelligence PE Fund in the first half of 2026 with the aim of bringing together Italian businesses active in digital services and AI technologies.
Founded in Milan in 2011, Dev4Side Group comprises Intranet.ai, which specialises in developing a proprietary suite of solutions for Microsoft 365, and Dev4Side Software, which is active in developing AI-enabled applications, cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, cybersecurity services and managed services. The founders of Dev4Side Group will reinvest in Lucient’s capital alongside the existing shareholders and will retain their respective management roles. Following the transaction, Lucient reaches a turnover of approximately €40 million and continues its buy-and-build strategy in the digital and AI solutions sector.
LCA Studio Legale advised Quadrivio Group on the legal aspects of the transaction, in connection with the acquisition of Dev4Side Group by Artificial Intelligence PE Fund, a private equity fund promoted by Quadrivio Group. The LCA team comprised Benedetto Lonato, Giacomo Tommasi and Lorenzo Langé.
