Ginevra is part of the corporate M&A department of the firm and assists domestic and international clients in extraordinary transactions in the corporate and commercial sectors.
In particular, she deals with mergers and acquisitions, providing support in all phases of the transaction, including legal and contractual due diligence, as well as the management of commercial contracts.
She has also gained significant experience in compliance with the Legislative Decree 231/2001, providing assistance in matters of administrative liability of entities. She has provided operational support and coordination to Supervisory Bodies, particularly in relation to the drafting of meeting minutes, management of secretarial services and monitoring of compliance activities, taking part in the design, implementation and updating of organizational models and compliance programs for companies operating in various sectors.
Ginevra joined LCA in 2025.
Previously, she worked for four years at the Alma LED law firm.
