Anastasia is a member of the Firm’s Corporate M&A team and primarily advises on corporate law, M&A, Private Equity and commercial contracts.
She has developed specific expertise in corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, assisting both domestic and international clients throughout all stages of corporate transactions, including cross-border deals, across various sectors such as Energy & Natural Resources, Food & Beverages, Industrials and Automotive.
In the context of these transactions, in addition to drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, Anastasia has consistently acted as a project manager in due diligence processes, coordinating local and international teams in complex M&A transactions.
Alongside advising on, among other matters, share and asset deals, mergers, demergers, incorporations of new companies, group reorganisations and joint ventures, Anastasia also provides assistance on corporate governance matters and has acquired specific expertise in foreign direct investment regulations, with a particular focus on “Golden Power” legislation.
Anastasia joined the Firm in September 2022.
Prior to that, she worked in the Corporate M&A department of Hogan Lovells, first as a trainee solicitor and subsequently as an associate.
