LCA Law Firm, with a team composed by Andrea Carreri, Maria Grazia Longoni Palmigiano and Giuliano Proietto, co-operated with the German Law Firm Luther assisting the Government of the Saxony Lander in one of the most relevant modern art donations in Europe (estimated public value € 120 million), carried out by a private collector in favour of the Modern Art Museum of Saxony.
In particular, LCA Law Firm dealt with all Italian law, succession and regulatory issues of the donation.
