Administrative Law

More and more sectors of the economy are subject to public regulation both on the national and European levels.

In this scenario, LCA created an Administrative Law Department providing consultancy and assistance in dealings with Authorities and the Public Administration and covering with a multidisciplinary and cross-practice approach the widest sectors.

In particular, the Administrative Law Department of LCA provides out-of-court counseling and assistance before the administrative courts on the following areas:

  • tender procedures for public contracts and concessions;
  • pharmaceutical and healthcare law;
  • environmental law;
  • energy;
  • building and urban planning;
  • procedures before independent authorities;
  • telecommunications;
  • betting;
  • infrastructure; and
  • cultural heritage.
