Thomas provides assistance to national and international clients in tax law and, in particular, in the areas of corporate taxation, extraordinary transactions (M&A, reorganizations, investments, joint ventures), international taxation, financial taxation, tax features of incentives for innovative start-ups and innovative SMEs and in relation to the taxation of personnel incentive plans. Thomas also assists clients in tax audits, in pre-litigation activities and in tax litigations.

Thomas joined LCA in 2021.
Before joining LCA, Thomas worked for Chiomenti, Tremonti Romagnoli Piccardi e Associati, KPMG and PwC-TLS. From 2011 to 2013 he was Teaching Assistant of Tax Law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.
