Simone specializes in business and corporate law in the field of litigation and provides out-of-court assistance and consultancy also with regard to particularly complex issues concerning partnerships and limited companies. He has gained significant experience in particular in liability cases, filed also on behalf of insolvency procedures, and in appeals against the resolutions of corporate bodies, as well as corporate litigation in general.
Simone also has experience in company secretary activities and related assistance to corporate bodies, including for listed companies.
