Silvia is a partner in the Litigation Department.
She specializes in litigation, both in court and in arbitration, primarily in the areas of civil, commercial, corporate, and antitrust law. She has developed specific expertise in civil torts, personal injury, professional and product liability, as well as in insurance and inheritance law. She also provides advisory services, particularly in the areas of civil and corporate law.
Silvia joined LCA in 2018, following a significant period of experience at the Bonelli Erede Pappalardo law firm in Milan.
