Sara specializes in civil, commercial, and corporate litigation, representing both individuals and legal entities in judicial proceedings. She also advises clients during the pre-litigation phase, including the preparation of legal opinions and related advisory work.
Sara worked with the Firm from 2021 to 2022. She subsequently pursued a Ph.D. in Civil Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, during which she conducted research visits at Boston University and the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg. On 21 April 2026, she was awarded her Ph.D. after defending her dissertation entitled Sharing Economy and the Categories of Civil Law. She rejoined the Firm in 2026.
Sara also collaborates with the Chairs of Civil Law, Family and Juvenile Civil Law, and Institutions of Private Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
