Sara has a broad experience in extraordinary transactions, such as mergers and de-mergers, setting up of joint ventures, sale and purchase of company’s equity or business, representing both industrial groups and private equity funds. She also advises Italian and international clients on a day-to-day basis in all aspects of business contracts, company and commercial law, also supporting them in their expansion strategies abroad.
Sara joined the Law Firm in 2004. After a two-year experience in a law firm in New York in 1999, Sara joined the Milan office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a member of the Corporate Department and subsequently also the Real Estate Department.
