Salvatore provides assistance and consultancy and acts as defense counsel both in and out-of-court in the field of civil law in general and, in particular, in business and bankruptcy law. In the latter sector, he also acts as liquidator, legal commissioner and liquidating commissioner in insolvency proceedings of major national and international significance upon the appointment of various Italian courts.
He is also particularly active in the teaching sector, especially on the subject of corporate crises and the preparation of trainees for the exams to qualify for the practice of law profession.
He works with all the leading Italian publishing houses with which he has published various articles, both individually and collectively, as co-author and as curator.
He is included in the list of experts for the negotiated composition of the corporate crisis provided for by Law Decree No. 118 of August 24, 2021 kept by the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, Monza Brianza and Lodi.
Salvatore embarked upon his professional career as a civil litigation lawyer in Brindisi in 1980.
In 1992, he moved to Milan, where he worked in a boutique law firm, specializing in corporate and bankruptcy law. In 1994, he underwent an intense training period in addition to working with various scientific journals.
In 2001, he founded the Sanzo Law Firm, which, in 2011, became a professional association, under the name SeAS Sanzo e Associati Law Firm.
In 2018, he joined and became the president of LCA Law Firm.
