Riccardo regularly assists national and international clients active in the energy, oil gas, manufacturing and finance services markets. He has gained significant experience in national and cross-border M&A, investment and extraordinary finance transactions, and regularly assists various companies in respect of company law and corporate governance issues.
He has deep knowledge on investments in SMEs and start-ups by private and public investors in all phases of the company life. Riccardo assists indeed technological start-ups in raising capital, as well as in the creation of joint ventures and in their processes of becoming international.
He has also wide experience in the insurance and transportation market and advises primary insurance companies, P&I Clubs, carriers, maritime agencies and shippers by providing them with a day-to-day consultancy service.

Riccardo joined the Law Firm in 2011.
He started his professional activity in 2005 working for a primary law firm in Genoa specializing in civil law with particular focus on the shipping sector. During said experience, Riccardo was outsourced in London, Hamburg and Athens to international law firms, P&I Clubs and shipbrokers. Afterwards, in 2007, Riccardo worked with Freshfields where he specialized in banking & finance.
