Nicola is a member of the Corporate / M&A department of the Firm. He regularly advises domestic and international clients, focusing on M&A transactions and corporate matters, national and multi-national investments, both of industrial and financial nature, as well as domestic and international commercial contracts.
Throughout the years, Nicola has gained a significant professional experience in the management of M&A transactions and day-by-day assistance to clients operating in different fields of business, specializing in the Healthcare – Hospitals & Pharmaceuticals, Sports, Automotive and Energy sectors.
He is a member of the internal teams dedicated to the Sports and LifeScience industries, and to the international development of LCA, with specific focus on Asian countries.
Nicola joined the Law Firm in 2008.
