    Michele specializes in civil and business law.
    Over the years, he has acquired specific experience in the multiple problems posed by business and bankruptcy law that typically arise in the restructuring of companies in crisis and liability actions against top management, also in light of the experience acquired as bankruptcy Liquidator and legal Commissioner in various insolvency procedures that he still follows today.
    He provides in and out-of-court consultancy services characterized by further specialization in the field of public and private procurement in which he deals with arbitration and Amicable Settlement procedures under art. 205, Italian Legislative Decree no.50/2016. He is included in the list of experts for the negotiated composition of the corporate crisis provided for by Law Decree No. 118 of August 24, 2021.

    Professional experience

    After a training period in a leading law firm in Milan in 2002, he joined the Sanzo Law Firm.
    In 2011, he was among the founding partners of the Professional Association SeAS Sanzo e Associati.
    He has been a partner of LCA Law Firm since 2018.
