Michele is an experienced lawyer with a focus on civil and commercial law.
He has extensive experience in both litigation and corporate counseling, particularly in the areas of restructuring and insolvency.
Michele is also a Court-appointed bankruptcy trustee, judicial commissioner and legal counsel. He is also listed as an Expert appointed by the Chambers of Commerce in the negotiated composition proceedings for the resolution of business crises.
He is a speaker at conferences and a teacher in training courses on bankruptcy law. Michele is also the author of articles in books on corporate and bankruptcy law for the publishing houses Zanichelli and Giuffrè.
After a training period in a leading law firm in Milan, in 2002 he joined the Sanzo Law Firm.
In 2011, he was among the founding partners of the Professional Association SeAS Sanzo e Associati.
He has been a partner of LCA Law Firm since 2018.
