Martina specializes in agricultural and food law.
She assists national and international companies operating in the agri-food industry in terms of compliance with specific laws and regulations on labelling, packaging, food quality food safety, food security, and protection of intellectual property in the food sector, contracting, as well as in the context of extraordinary M&A transactions.

Martina joined the Firm’s Food Law Department in 2019.
Previously she worked for the Bologna Court of Appeals and for law firms in Bologna, Modena and Santo Domingo (Dominican Rep).
