Ludovica has gained experience and expertise in the area of agribusiness law by assisting, in and out of court, several agricultural and food companies, public entities, under various profiles of agribusiness market regulation.
Ludovica joined the Firm’s Food Law Department in 2023.
Previously, she worked with national law firms operating in the agricultural and agribusiness law. For a period she also collaborated as legal advisor with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, in the Department of Competitive Policies, Agribusiness Quality, Fisheries and Horseracing.
