Giuseppe is a member of the Litigation & Restructuring Department of the Firm and he deals with civil, commercial and corporate law by assisting companies before the Italian Courts.
He has gained significant experience during the last ten years in civil and corporate insolvency litigation.
He also provided to clients out-of-court legal assistance by drafting and negotiating contracts and legal deeds related to different markets and sectors.
Giuseppe joined LCA in 2022. Previously, he worked for Italian firms dealing with civil and insolvency disputes and non-litigation consultancy in real estate, commercial and corporate matters.
