Gianmarco is part of LCA corporate/M&A department. He carries out his activity focusing, in particular, on M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border. Gianmarco also supports the firm’s clients on ordinary corporate matters and in the drafting and negotiations of commercial agreements.
Gianmarco is also part of LCA team dedicated to the in-depth study of synergies between corporate law and sports law.
Gianmarco joined LCA in June 2019.
Gianmarco had previously worked as intern in two other well-known international law firms focusing on corporate and commercial matters.
