Federica assists national and international clients mainly in IP and ordinary litigation matters. On the litigation side, she also deals with misleading and comparative advertising issues before the Italian Advertising Standards Authority.
She also advises clients in filing and prosecuting trademark and design applications, both in Italy and abroad, as well as in the management of the related trademark portfolios.
She has been a member of the Law Firm since 2014.
Before joining LCA, Federica worked in various Milan-based law firms specializing in civil, commercial, IP and restructuring litigation.
