Antonio mainly deals with labour law, both in and out of court, assisting Italian and foreign companies in all matters related to labour and trade union law.
He also provides labour law assistance in extraordinary transactions.
Finally, it deals with innovation and new technologies and the protection of the rights of persons with DSA.
Antonio has been collaborating with LCA since 2017.
Previously, he worked in the Rome and Perugia Offices of an important Italian law firm, operating in the fields of administrative, commercial and corporate law, accumulating significant experience in ordinary litigation, bankruptcy proceedings and corporate crisis. Antonio has also collaborated with the chair of European Union law at the Department of Political Sciences of the University of Perugia.
