Anna offers bankruptcy law and corporate crisis advice to companies, both during the phase of the preventive analysis and identification of the best procedure for managing the insolvency, as well as the litigation phase for the admission and management of the various insolvency procedures.
Anna also specializes in disputes involving insolvency proceedings, and, depending on the case, acts in the interest of the procedure or in the interest of the counterparties in the proceedings.
Among her most recent activities, she has provided assistance to the Extraordinary Commissioner in important Extraordinary Administrations.
Anna has been a member of the Firm since 2018.
Previously, she had gained professional experience in several law firms in Milan – including the law firm “SeAS Sanzo e Associati” – in which she specialized in bankruptcy law and civil litigation.
Anna also spent 18 months as an intern in the Courts of Milan, Civil Section II, acquiring expertise in bankruptcy law.
