Angelika gained experience in corporate, commercial and contract law.
Within the German desk she assists foreign clients in the areas of corporate law, commercial contracts and real estate. She also provides legal assistance in extraordinary M&A transactions with particular reference to legal due diligence and preparation and negotiation of contractual documentation.
Angelika joined the Firm in 2022.
