    LCA in the acquisition of Erick Thohir’s shares in FC Internazionale Milano by LionRock Capital

    LCA Law Firm, with a team led by Giovanni Lega and made up of Nicola Maffioletti and Chiara Novelli, assisted LionRock Capital, a Hong Kong based investment fund, in the purchase of the entire corporate capital of the Italian company International Sports Capital S.p.A., minority shareholder of FC Internazionale Milano Spa holding a 31.05% stake, previously owned, through International Sports Capital HK Limited, by Indonesian entrepreneur and former president of the club Mr. Erick Thohir, advised on M&A matters by Chiomenti.
