EMPLOYMENT LAW MEASURES INSIDE MILLEPROROGHE DECREE AND 2021 BUDGET LAW

Law decree 183/2020 (so-called “Milleproroghe Decree“), which came into force on 31st December 2020 and Law n. 178/2020 (so-called “2021 Budget Law”), which came into force on 1st January 2021, introduced a number of measures in the field of employment law, also aimed at addressing the consequences arising from COVID-19 outbreak.
