Claudia deals with litigation and ADR in civil, commercial and corporate matters for clients operating in different industries.
She has gained significant experience in ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings, both domestic and international, assisting Italian and foreign companies in corporate and commercial disputes.
She also provides out-of-court assistance, especially in relation to commercial agreements and ordinary business activity, as well as in pre-litigation phases.
Claudia joined the Firm in 2019.
Previously, she gained professional experience in some Italian boutique law firms dealing with litigation and extrajudicial consultancy in commercial and corporate matters and M&A transactions.
