Soges Group S.p.A., a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market and active in the hotel and conference hospitality sector under the Place of Charme brand, has concluded a strategically important transaction concerning the future management of a prestigious new hotel located in the Municipality of Lerici (SP), which will operate under the Meliá Hotels International S.A. brand. The hotel will be built by Gilda S.r.l. on land it owns, and will feature between 80 and 90 rooms.
The transaction marks Soges Group S.p.A.’s entry into Liguria, in the stunning setting of the Gulf of Poets, one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Italy, giving concrete implementation to the development plan presented at the time of its listing. With this project, the Company expands its portfolio of managed properties, consolidating its presence in Italy’s leading leisure destinations and strengthening its positioning in the upscale hospitality segment. The project brings the number of properties managed by the Company to 13.
