Wikicasa S.r.l. has completed the acquisition of the remaining 49% of the share capital of Dokicasa S.r.l., a company that develops a digital platform for managing and streamlining administrative processes in the real estate sector.
The transaction completes the acquisition process launched in 2024, resulting in Wikicasa acquiring full ownership of Dokicasa.
Dokicasa’s minority shareholders and co-founders were advised by LCA Studio Legale with a team comprising Stefano Giannone Codiglione and Marco Novara.
Wikicasa was advised by ADVANT Nctm with a team comprising Lukas Plattner and Giacomo Abbadessa.
