Jade is part of LCA’s Corporate M&A Department and a member of the firm’s China Desk. She has extensive experience as a China-qualified lawyer in both litigation and non-litigation matters, with a strong focus on commercial legal services. Jade’s expertise spans corporate law, intellectual property, equity investment, and listings on the Chinese OTC markets.
She has advised clients on day-to-day business operations, transactional matters, and corporate compliance and governance. Her previous legal practice also focused on intellectual property collaboration, protection, and dispute resolution, with substantial experience in safeguarding rights related to trademarks and software copyrights, as well as supporting technological cooperation projects.
In addition, she represented clients before the courts in various commercial disputes and played a key role in legal services related to equity investments and listings on the Chinese OTC markets (including the NEEQ and regional equity exchange markets). Her work encompassed developing legal strategies, drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, and representing clients in commercial litigation and business negotiations.
Jade has provided legal services to a broad range of clients — from startups to listed companies across diverse industries — and has worked with both Chinese and international stakeholders. These included manufacturers and service providers in the fields of infrared products, automotive and office appliances, tobacco, interior materials, skincare, software development, alternative energy, exhibitions, insurance, and logistics.
Jade joined LCA in 2025. Prior to moving to Italy, she spent more than seven years at Dacheng Law Offices (formerly known as Dentons China) in the Wuhan Office, including over five years as a licensed practising lawyer. She also gained valuable experience as an intern at the Wuhan Intermediate People’s Court, in the Tribunal of Intellectual Property and International Trade Dispute Resolution.
